We have done it! We are officially returning to Texas

Here's the news:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PROPPRINT RETURNS TO TEXAS WITH NEW LOCAL CONTENT APARTMENT NEWSLETTERS

Changes in the apartment newsletter industry lead Texas property managers to PropPrint.com.

Tampa, Florida, October 1, 2008 – Due to a recent influx of apartment newsletter customers from former competitors Metropolitan Press and Apartment News of America, PropPrint.com has decided to return to Texas. “We have always had clients in Texas, but we never really tried to expand our presence in Texas,” said David Veghte, President of PropPrint.com. “When Metropolitan and Apartment News of America closed their doors, however, many of their subscribers reached out to us, so we’ve decided the time is right to return to Texas.”

PropPrint.com is kicking off its return to Texas by unveiling new local content newsletters in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin and San Antonio. PropPrint.com’s local content newsletters combine property-specific events with community news and local area events. “Our local content newsletters are very popular because they help property managers build the all-important ‘sense of community’ that everyone is talking about in the industry,” says Veghte.

PropPrint.com is based in Tampa, Florida, but its products, including its apartment newsletter programs, are used by thousands of property managers across the United States. This includes many property managers in Texas. PropPrint.com has served the multi-housing industry for more than twelve years. Founded in 1996 as an apartment newsletter company, PropPrint.com has developed into a single-source provider of printed resident communication and marketing products. PropPrint.com’s product line, which can be seen at http://www.propprint.com/, includes several apartment newsletter programs and numerous printed property management products including welcome kits, business cards and stationery, direct mail postcards, door-hangers, full-color flyers, floor plan brochures, site maps and more.

PropPrint in the News!

You may have seen this article recently on the web:

PROPPRINT DEVELOPS NEW APARTMENT NEWSLETTER AND WEBSITE TO SERVE MULTI-HOUSING INDUSTRY

Recent events in the apartment newsletter industry have
PropPrint.com on the rise.

Tampa, Florida, August 6, 2008 – “Two events have really changed the apartment newsletter industry,” said Vincent Beilman, founder of PropPrint.com. “In a recent survey, residents rated ‘sense of community’ as the number one factor contributing to their overall satisfaction with their property management companies. This survey, and all the discussion about the survey on the web and in industry publications, has been great for our company. The survey confirmed for many people what we have known for years: residents want to live in a special, connected community. Our resident communication products, including our flagship apartment newsletter programs, are built to enhance the connection between residents and their community. Our products help build a ‘sense of community.’ In fact, the continued development and enhancement of our products is driven by the simple notion that residents want a connection to their community. We have several new products on the way that build upon this theme.”

David Veghte, co-owner of PropPrint.com, recently spoke on the second significant event – the consolidation of the apartment newsletter industry. “One day we looked up and most of our competitors were gone. One of the largest apartment newsletter vendors acquired all of our competitors. This consolidation has actually helped us grow our business because there is a very stark contrast between our apartment newsletter programs and the apartment newsletter program offered by our only remaining competitor. We are an old-fashioned, family-owned business built on quality products and, we hope, incredible customer service. Our customers are property managers. Property managers are in the customer service business, so they really appreciate our efforts to provide outstanding customer service. Of course, our business leverages the latest technology, but we are really about relationships, personal touches and talented graphic designers. Our only remaining competitor has taken a much different route, offering more of a ‘do-it-yourself’ newsletter. This stark contrast has really given us a boost.”

An idea is born . . .and you get the credit!

We just finished our first customer survey. Thank you to all of you who took the time to complete our brief questionnaire. What did we learn about all of you? First, we learned that the overwhelming majority of you a very satisfied with our service (whew)! Thank you, we're trying.

Second, we learned that many of you appreciated our attempts to send you helpful information and tips on marketing and resident retention. In fact, your comments led to a great idea. We thought -- let's create a blog to share ideas on marketing, resident retention, customer service and more! Think about it. What better way to help our customers than to create a blog where everyone can meet to share ideas, seek help, vent and do whatever makes your days a little easier. We have a huge network of property managers, leasing agents, regional managers and marketing managers. Certainly you all have plenty of ideas, right? Plus, we have more than twelve years experience working with you to develop articles and flyers for resident events and marketing and resident retention programs. Why not share these ideas with all of you, right? We also have a large network of friends -- some call them "industry experts"-- that have their own great ideas, so let's invite them too! Wow, this is exciting!

So let's get this blog rolling! Check out the next few posts and make sure to give us your thoughts. If you need some help with a resident issue or event, you need a new idea, you want some information about a new industry trend or you just want to vent (admit it . . we all like to vent once and a while), just add your comments to the blog. Ask a question. Answer a question. Make a statement. Do whatever you want. We'll check-in regularly and we hope you do to. Ready? Here we go . .
